Delivery

You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed an order and another email after your order has been shipped. The second contains the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your package. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:


The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time = the time between when you place your order and when we ship it;

Shipping time = the time between your order being shipped and delivered to you;

The total delivery time is calculated from the time of your order to the time of delivery to you. The total delivery time is divided into processing time and shipping time.


1) Processing Time:
The time it takes to prepare your items for shipment from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks and packing them for shipment.
It usually takes 1-2 days.

2) Delivery Time:
The time it takes for your items to travel from our warehouse to your destination.
Standard shipping: 8-14 business days.

The United State, Canada, The United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Japan, South Korea.

Returns & Refunds

1. How do I cancel my order?
For the order if not yet shipped, please contact our service support team service@topbrixx.com, we will cancel your order and refund you the full purchase price.

2. What if my address is incorrect?
A1: If the recipient's address was incorrect, the parcel should be returned to the sender after the failed delivery. Once we have received the parcel, we will contact you for an updated address and arrange for your parcel to be redelivered.

3. What kind of products can be returned?
a)- We can accept returns or exchanges within the 30-day period.
b)- All returned items must be in original condition.

 

4. How can I return an item?
A2: Contact the TopBrixx Service Team service@topbrixx,com to confirm the details and ensure that the item meets the return conditions. After the agreement, the service team will send the detailed return information. Please provide a return authorization number after the return.
