1. Replacement Parts
We offer a free replacement service for missing parts within 6 months of purchase. For such problems, you can contact service@topbrixx.com.
To avoid misunderstanding and ineffective communication, we need your photos and kind help. You can find the detailed regulation on Page Missing Parts.
2. Cancel Order
For the order not yet shipped, please contact our service support team service@topbrixx.com, we will cancel your order and refund you the full payment.
3. Delivery And Return

Most of our items are shipped from our warehouse in China, shipping takes 8-14 days

All our products are delivered free of charge in the following countries:
The United State, Canada, The United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Netherlands, Japan, Korea.

a)- We can accept returns or exchanges within the 30-day period.
b)- All returned items must be in original condition.
c)- Refunds will be processed within 1-5 business days after you have received our confirmation of cancellation.
